I am Celeste Franzuela-Cosgafa, mother of 6 year old Chicko Cyan F. Cosgafa. My son was about to finish his Kindergarten II but had to stop because he was diagnosed with a very serious illness medically known as Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy.Because of the gravity of the disease, the team of doctors from the Philippine Heart Center is recommending to perform Septal Myectomy and implantation of permanent pacemaker. However, it will entail a huge amount of money which the family and relatives cannot afford.
In this connection, May I request for your financial assistance for the hospital expenses and physician fees and for his permanent pacemaker. We, the family, relatives and friends will try our best to raise the amount for the remaining balance.
I am only a simple housewife and my husband works as contract worker whose income is barely enough to support his family and Chicko’s medication. Chicko, as a child, is very lovable. He has shown interest in learning as shown by his perfect attendance in class. He is a happy and smart kid who's very proud to show his good grades and his achievements to his parents and grandparents. We don’t want to lose him and his future. We want to see Chicko grow and achieve so much in life.
